Clearly Drinks Ltd

Lynx Construction Ltd recently completed a major re-roofing project at Clearly Drinks Ltd, Sunderland.

The existing roof structure consisted of a built-up felt system with fibre board on a metal deck, laid to falls. The refurbishment proposal to the factory roof area involved overlaying this existing felt with a recovery insulation board and lap-fixed Fatra FF810 single ply membrane. The existing felt would act as the vapour barrier to the newly upgraded warm roof.
